Returns and Exchanges
First, we want to thank you very much for your purchase from a 4 Ravens Gallery artist. The bottom line is we want to make things right. Just remember, we are a very small cooperative gallery and not a major retailer!
No refunds: online store purchases are eligible for online store credit or an exchange and excludes the original shipping and handling costs.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Return items must be in their original condition. In other words, unused, undamaged, and unworn with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
The merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 5 days of receiving order.
In order to provide you with the best service, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return at email@example.com or call 406.317.1543 (Between 12 and 5 pm, Monday-Saturday, MST) to make arrangements.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please send us an email along with a picture of the damaged item in its original packaging. The shipper will require this documentation for processing a claim.
