Mesquite Board and Chopsticks Set

 To extend the life of your cutting board, give it regular care. If your board has stains or smells, try using lemon juice or white vinegar directly on the area to neutralize the organic material or fats causing the problem. Never put a wood cutting board in the dishwasher. Start by washing your cutting board with warm water and a mild liquid dish soap, rinsing both sides of the board under warm, running water and thoroughly drying with a clean cloth. Leave it on an edge to dry overnight. Pour 1/4 cup of a food grade mineral oil into a small pan and warm to skin temperature to make it easier to spread. Using a clean cloth or very fine steel wool pad to liberally apply the oil into your board in the direction of the grain, and allow the oil to soak into the wood for about 20 minutes. Wipe off any excess oil with a clean, dry cloth. Set your treated cutting board aside for about six hours to give it time to oxidize and harden. Repeat this process until your cutting board won't absorb any more oil. Buff the wood with a soft cloth until it shines.

Return items must be in their original condition. In other words, unused, undamaged, and unworn with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

​If your item was damaged during shipping, please send us an email along with a picture of the damaged item in its original packaging. The shipper will require this documentation for processing a claim.
