Shipping and handling charges are included in the $9.95 flat rate within the US. We use FedEx Ground Delivery Service for this item. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery.

No refunds: online store purchases are eligible for online store credit or an exchange and excludes the original shipping and handling costs.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Return items must be in their original condition. In other words, unused, undamaged, and unworn with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please send us an email along with a picture of the damaged item in its original packaging. The shipper will require this documentation for processing a claim.
