I combined wool from my own sheep with fine wool and silk fabric, embellished with Sumi Ink prior to felting, to create this one-of-a-kind cloche. Burgandy silk combined with brown wool. A contemporary twist on a vintage style. Trimmed with Silk Dupioni.

Your hat will be happiest stored in a hat box when not in use. Stuff the crown with tissue paper so that the hat rests on the tissue paper, not its’ brim. This will keep your handmade, one-of-a-kind hat looking great for years to come. Felt hats are fine with rain, just allow to dry thoroughly with the crown and brim properly supported.
