All shipping and handling charges are included in the $9.95 flat shipping rate. We use FedEx Ground service for delivery.
Our apologies, but international shipping is not currently available.
Returns and Exchanges
First, we want to thank you very much for your purchase from a 4 Ravens Gallery artist. The bottom line is we want to make things right. Just remember, we are a very small cooperative gallery and not a major retailer!
No refunds: online store purchases are eligible for online store credit or an exchange and excludes the original shipping and handling costs.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Return items must be in their original condition. In other words, unused, undamaged, and unworn with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
Please make arrangements within 30 days of the order date.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please send us an email immediately along with a picture of the damaged mug in its original packaging. The shipper will require this documentation for processing a claim.
